We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time. If we cancel a program on a particular date, we will allocate you to a later program without any compensation or refund payable by us. If we are unable to allocate you to a later program, you will be refunded the fee. The refund will be made using your original payment method.
3.4 Exchanges
A purchaser may request an exchange so as to attend a LAT Plus program on a different date to the date purchased by sending an email to info@latplus.com.au. The decision as to whether to provide an exchange is solely at our discretion.
